Real-estate engineering

Designed for the laptop on the table

Slide-per-viewport

Each section.slide is exactly 100vh minus topbar. On a 1280×720 client laptop, one idea = one screen. No scrolling needed to see the full point.

Scroll-snap proximity

The browser snaps to the nearest slide as you scroll. PgDn always lands on the start of the next slide — clean transitions, never mid-content.

Dense grids by default

KPI tiles 4–6 across · agent cards 4 across · cards 3 across. Horizontal space is used; vertical scrolling is the last resort.

Compact typography

14.5px body · 22–30px headers · JetBrains Mono on data. Fits the 12-inch laptop without sacrificing readability.

Fullscreen mode

Press F: browser tabs and OS chrome disappear. You gain ~80px of vertical real estate on a typical laptop.

Print-friendly

Browser → Print → "Save as PDF". Slides become A-paper pages with white background and navy ink. Clean leave-behinds.

Recommended flow

The order to walk in the room

Before

Open three tabs ahead of time

(1) localhost:8090/presentation/pitch.html · (2) localhost:3090 console pre-loaded on Command Center · (3) localhost:8090/presentation/demo.html as your runbook.

Tab 1

Open Pitch · press F for fullscreen

Walk slides 1–8 with . About 60 seconds per slide for executives, 90 for technical. Total: 8–12 minutes.

Tab 2

Switch to the console

Click Run on Scenario A. Stay on the page about a minute. The Agent Activity timeline filling in real time is the moment the platform stops being a deck and becomes a product.

Tab 2

Show Scenario C (the OT veto)

Run Scenario C. Navigate to OT Operations. Read the compensating-control rationale aloud. This is the deal-closer.

Tab 2

Show Compliance · export PDF

Pick TSA SD 1580. Click Export evidence PDF. Open the PDF. Walk the structure. Sub-60 seconds end to end.

Tab 1

Return to Pitch · jump to "the ask"

Press End to jump to slide 8 (the ask). Close with the 90-day pilot.

Reading docs vs slide docs

Two doc types, two reading modes

Slide decks (use arrow keys)

Portal · Pitch · Demo · Agents · Inventory · Architecture · Compliance · Navigate

Each section is a 100vh slide. Snap-to-viewport. Press for next, for previous. Bottom-right shows 03 / 08.

Press F for fullscreen before presenting — gain ~80px vertical real estate on a typical laptop.

Long-form docs (scroll naturally)

Primer · Glossary

The Primer is a 10-section onboarding article with a sticky table of contents on the left. Read it like a long blog post — no slide chrome, no counter.

The Glossary has sticky alphabet navigation at the top. Click a letter, jump to that group.

Failure modes

If something goes wrong in the room

Slide looks wrong

Press F to toggle fullscreen — fixes 90% of layout artifacts. If still wrong, press Ctrl+0 to reset browser zoom.

Theme looks bad on projector

Press T to cycle. Projectors often wash out dark themes — Salesforce (light) reads best on most.

Network down · API unreachable

All HTML works offline. Console buttons (KPIs, Run Scenario) may fail — present the static pages and the .pptx fallback you pre-downloaded.

Browser tab crashes

All pages are independent HTML files at /presentation/<name>.html — bookmark them individually for one-click recovery.

Lost place in long pitch

Press End to jump straight to the ask slide. Then Home to restart cleanly if you have time.

Want to print one slide

Browser → Print → "Save as PDF". Print stylesheet kicks in: white background, navy ink, one slide per page.
